About Holly House School: Holly House School is a vibrant and nurturing environment dedicated to supporting young people aged 7 to 14 years children whose primary needs centre around social, emotional and mental health and have conditions such as ADHD, autism, attachment disorders, and anxiety. Our school is a beacon of hope and development, offering up to 43-day places and 8 residential placements. We pride ourselves on our inclusive and supportive community, where every pupil is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. 

Role Overview:  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the residential care provision at Holly House School, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our pupils. This role requires a compassionate and proactive individual who can work collaboratively with the school leadership team to enhance the well-being and development of our pupils. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in a residential or special school setting.
  • A thorough understanding of SEMH needs in children.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards).
  • A warm, resilient, and collaborative approach.
