We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Business Engagement team in Digital Services. In this hybrid role, you’ll take ownership of delivering complex, high‑value digital and technical projects that support the Council’s strategic goals.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll provide expert technical project leadership, guiding stakeholders through challenging digital change initiatives and ensuring solutions are robust, user‑focused, and operationally sound. Your work will help drive innovation, enhance services, and contribute to the Council’s wider digital transformation ambitions.
