We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive school community. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with students and staff, helping to create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in the classroom, both individually and in small groups.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Help students to access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
- Support the social, emotional and behavioural development of students.
- Prepare learning resources and contribute to a positive classroom environment.
- Promote the school's values and commitment to inclusion.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
- Is patient, caring and able to build positive relationships.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Can use their initiative and adapt to the needs of students.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
