We’re seeking a creative, resilient Science Teacher to join our specialist team supporting pupils aged 7–14 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

You’ll teach in a fully equipped science lab, delivering engaging, practical lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. As a class pastoral lead, you’ll provide daily check-ins and restorative support, helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their best. You’ll work closely with families and professionals, using data and EHCPs to personalise learning and celebrate every success.

Our vision is to nurture independence, happiness, and a sense of value in every child. We believe in Relationship, Respect, and Responsibility, and our trauma-informed, nurturing approach ensures every pupil is seen, heard, and supported. You’ll join a forward-thinking team, committed to high expectations, inclusion, and continuous professional growth.

We offer:

  • Small class sizes and excellent resources
  • Ongoing CPD and opportunities to innovate
  • A supportive, ambitious staff community
  • The chance to shape lives and see your impact every day

You are:
