The Governors of Renishaw Primary School are seeking an inspirational KS2 Teacher/SENCO who is passionate about high quality teaching and committed to championing inclusion across our school community.
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate educator to combine excellent classroom provision with SEN provision. You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies to ensure every pupil receives the support, challenge and encouragement they need to succeed. This is to build on the back of a highly positive OFSTED report (February 2026) and specifically in terms of the schools’ highly praised INCLUSION provision.
We are a thriving village school with the children and families we serve at the heart of everything we do. We are very supportive of staff development with a fine reputation for succession planning, coaching/mentoring and promoting Mental Health and Wellbeing through our caring and nurturing school community ethos.
The successful candidate will be someone who can:
- Lead by example as an outstanding class teacher with an appetite for further career progression.
- Demonstrate a strong curriculum knowledge in all areas of the primary curriculum
- Foster excellent supportive relationships with staff, parents/carers and of course, children.
- Uphold strong Safeguarding practice
