The Governors wish to appoint an inspirational, creative and energetic teacher who actively demonstrates a love of learning and can create a highly motivating classroom environment where all can flourish. The successful candidate will be able to:
Enjoy the challenge of teaching mixed-age classes
Be creative, challenging and passionate in their teaching
Promote excellent relationships with children, staff, parents/carers, governors and the wider community
Be confident teaching learners with ASD and ADHD in an inclusive environment
Effectively plan deployment of support staff
Share warmth, a sense of humour and plenty of ideas
