A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Federation of two schools and we are looking for two permanent class teachers to join our happy and supportive team, starting in September 2026.
We have a wonderfully vibrant school community, and have recently embarked on an exciting new journey, with a new leadership structure in place for September 2026. These vacancies have become available due to our recent leadership/staffing restructure.
The posts will initially be based in upper Key Stage 2. However, if you should so wish, there would be the opportunity for you to broaden your experience and skillset in future years across our Junior School and even within our Infant School setting.
We can offer you the opportunity to work in a large popular village school with friendly and dedicated staff, charming children, a learning environment which is full of potential and the opportunity to be part of our whole school community. We prioritise well-being, including personal ‘passport’ days in term time and a full day PPA scheduled every two weeks. We also have a strong commitment to supporting your professional development, with a proven track record in developing school leaders of tomorrow.
Are you an excellent classroom practitioner, who is dedicated to improving the life chances of children? We are looking for two classroom teachers to join our happy and committed team, to help nurture the belief in our children that they can genuinely achieve anything they put their minds to.
We passionately believe that all children, whatever their individual circumstances, should feel secure, included, valued and challenged in all aspects of school life by being at the centre of every action and decision we make. We strive to enable our children to leave The Park Schools Federation as skilled and well-rounded individuals, successfully prepared to take on the challenge of secondary school and adulthood.
Is this a vision that you share? If so, we are looking for someone who:
- genuinely enjoys working with children and puts the children’s well-being before anything else.
- has the ability to make learning fun and engaging whilst ensuring all children are appropriately challenged.
- approaches teaching with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- has high expectations of all children’s achievement and behaviour.
- has the ability to lead and inspire children and staff.
- has ideas and energy.
- sincerely values every member of the school community.
- is eager to make a wider contribution to school life.
If you are keen to be part of our very special team, please do request further details. Visits to our school are warmly welcomed to see the wealth of fantastic learning facilities we provide, for example our Forest School has to be seen to be believed! Please contact the school office on 01623 742663 or enquiries@parkfed.co.uk, to make an appointment and see our fantastic school in action.
