Due to the recent promotion of the current Head of School, the Governors are seeking applications from a highly motivated, inspirational and successful school leader to be the Head of School of Leys Junior. 

The successful candidate must have leadership experience of school evaluation, strategic decision making and leading initiatives to bring about improvement.

This would be a great opportunity for anyone considering Headship and would like to increase their leadership experience, while having support from the Executive Head Teacher and the experienced staff.  The position is 0.5, Mondays and Tuesdays, while the Executive Head is off site, with Wednesday morning an opportunity to work together and handover.
