Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the leadership of safeguarding and attendance in school
  • To work with the Headteacher and Middle Leaders in all aspects of leadership and management.
  • Contribute to establishing the core values of the Leadership Team and their practical expression.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices
  • Foster a culture of Integrity and Tenacity in operational excellence
