Career Grade Planner (Development Management)

We are seeking to make two appointments to a Career Graded Planner in Development Management.

The roles would suit people who are looking for an opportunity to progress within the Planning Service.

The ideal candidates would have experience in processing applications at point 3 or higher on the Career Grade, and we encourage applications from those who are available to work part time hours.

Applications will also be considered from those with less experience looking to establish a career in Planning. 

The successful candidates will need to work with the Development Manager and Planning Delivery Team Leaders to progress a caseload of planning applications.

We are looking for flexible and creative people with excellent communication skills. A commitment to continuous improvement of service delivery and partnership working will be essential.
