We are seeking an ambitious and driven Process Improvement Officer for a permanent full-time opportunity within our Corporate Services & Transformation department. The successful candidate will support the Process Improvement Manager in the process improvement approach across the organisation, driving positive impacts on performance, efficiency, and strategic objectives.

With experience at being hands-on in business or process analysis, the ideal applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a desire to succeed.

The position would be ideally suited to a newly, or soon to be, qualified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt who is looking for an opportunity to lead small process improvement initiatives independently, as well as playing a supporting role in the Council’s larger transformational projects.
