An exciting opportunity is now available within our Property and Estates Team based at our modern offices at Wingerworth, Chesterfield. The successful candidate will lead in the provision of an effective valuation and property management service, working in a friendly and supportive team environment. 

We are looking for a property professional to work in the areas of commercial estate management and acquisitions/disposals.

The post involves dealing with all aspects relating to the valuation, sale, acquisition and disposal of land/property. Excellent communication and ICT skills together with the ability to work effectively to tight deadlines are key requirements for this post. The Council works together as “One Team” with a collaborative and customer focused culture in place.

Salary will be dependent on experience, knowledge, qualification and skills.
