  • Overseeing process mapping, training, and data migration
  • Delivering innovation and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with:

  • Strong experience managing ICT-related projects from concept to completion
  • Experience with systems such as NEC Housing, TotalMobile, or Unit4 (Agresso) is highly desirable
  • A proven track record of delivering system and process improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to analyse complex data and drive decision-making
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Essential:

  • Degree-level education
  • Substantial experience in ICT systems and project delivery
  • Experience leading change and rolling out new systems to diverse teams

Why join us?

  • This is a chance to make a real difference in how we deliver essential housing services. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team, supported by senior leaders, with the autonomy to make an impact
  • We offer a supportive environment, flexible working options, and continuous professional development
