The Education Data Hub is looking to recruit an IT technician to support our services for Schools. You will provide skilled support on ICT Traded Services to schools including procurement, development and support ensuring that they are functioning correctly, safely and available in line with agreed service levels.
Join our dynamic ICT Traded Services team and play a key role in supporting schools across the county. We’re looking for a skilled ICT Officer to provide expert technical support, guidance and development across a wide range of school ICT services. You’ll ensure systems are robust, well‑maintained and operating in line with agreed service levels, while offering proactive advice to help schools get the best value and make the most of their digital tools. If you’re passionate about delivering high‑quality ICT services, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement, we’d love to hear from you.
The Education Data Hub is an award‑winning, customer‑focused traded service that brings together Data Protection, Cyber Security, Online Safety, IT for Schools and Data Management services for all educational settings.
