About the Role

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and empowering teams to embrace new technologies? Derbyshire County Council is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Adoption Lead Analyst to lead the charge in embedding digital tools and practices across our services.

This is a pivotal role in our Digital and ICT Services team, where you’ll work closely with business partners, IT specialists, and end users to ensure that digital solutions are effectively adopted, delivering real value to our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital adoption strategies across the council.
  • Analyse user needs and digital engagement to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training, support materials, and support project delivery to enhance digital confidence and capability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure user-centric design and smooth roll-out of digital tools.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in digital transformation, user adoption, or change management.
  • Skilled in data analysis and insight generation to inform decision-making.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about improving public services through digital innovation.
