The Learning and Development Design and Delivery team at Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity to recruit a pro-active digital learning lead to lead management and future development of digital learning across the council.

As our Digital Learning Lead, you will bring your knowledge of learning management systems and experience of content design to drive forward development of the system and our digital offer.
You’ll work collaboratively with other teams in learning and development and suppliers to ensure e-learning interventions are innovative and inspiring, sharing knowledge of new opportunities and developments. You will be proactive in gaining and understanding user feedback to improve our digital offer and ensure user experience excellence.
You will lead the digital learning team to maintain the learning management system, prioritising your work and that of the team to deliver our objectives in a fast-paced environment, using initiative to gather information and produce solutions.
