We are seeking to recruit to the role of Housing Solutions Coordinator on a fixed term contract until March 31st 2028. The post will be based at Ripley Town Hall, with hybrid working on a full-time basis at Grade 5, with a salary range of £29,093.00 - £31,586.00 per year (pay award pending).
The post will be based in the busy Housing Solutions Team and the role will focus on processing applications to join the Housing Register.
We are looking for someone to join the team who will share our commitment to providing the best possible service to deliver the Council’s housing functions to the community.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage their own workload and be an effective team member. Practical knowledge and experience of social housing registers and best practice would be an advantage. You will need to be sensitive to the needs of applicants whilst ensuring that decisions made are consistent with the Council’s Allocation Policy.
