An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated individual to support the delivery of a high-quality housing service within the Asset Management team. The role involves undertaking a range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the service.
Working as part of the Housing Asset Management team, the successful candidate will act as a key link between tenants and asset management inspectors. You will help coordinate and support the delivery of a rolling programme of stock condition surveys, alongside maintaining a robust capital investment programme aimed at improving the safety, quality, and condition of approximately 5,000 properties.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proactive approach to customer service and service delivery. Experience of digitally planning and scheduling work would be advantageous.
