Highly motivated individual required to join Bolsover District Council’s busy Housing Repairs Team.

As a Repair Coordinator you will be joining a great team dealing with a range of housing repairs to over 5000 properties delivered through both our in-house team of over 50 staff and external contractors. The successful candidate must have excellent people skills, be able to manage competing demands and be able to operate both individually and within a team.
This role is based at the Riverside Depot and the successful applicant will work across the district delivering housing repairs to our tenants.

To be successful you will need:
- Knowledge and understanding of building surveying.
- Demonstrable experience of working within high performing housing repairs service.
- Experience and knowledge of good customer service, including the handling complaints
- The ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and a commitment to service improvements.
- Demonstratable knowledge of HHSRS and Awaab’s law.
