Hybrid & In‑Person Working That Supports Development

We offer a flexible blend of home and office working.
Our in‑person time in the Matlock office is especially valuable—providing hands‑on training, face‑to‑face collaboration, and opportunities to build confidence in complex pension calculations and system processes. This is a great environment for professional growth, learning from experienced colleagues, and sharing knowledge across the team.

  • Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive approach and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly

Experience working with LGPS or pensions administration is desirable but not essential — we will provide training and support to help you succeed.

What We Offer

  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working ( a blend of office and remote working)
  • 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 after 5 years’ service) plus bank holidays (pro rata)
  • Guaranteed incremental annual pay increases
  • Comprehensive training and development, with opportunities to grow into specialist areas
  • Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme
  • Discounts at selected leisure centres
  • A wellbeing package including free eye tests, physiotherapy and counselling services
