We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills, to join our busy Technical Support team working within our Joint Environmental Health Service.

To be short-listed for interview you must be able to demonstrate practical experience of working within a customer focused environment.  The role involves providing a wide range of technical and administrative support to the Joint Environmental Health Service.  This includes the processing and handling of customer complaints and service requests, requiring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

You will need to have good information and technology skills, which includes using a range of different IT systems and packages.  You will be required to work as part of a team dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries from the public and other agencies.  The ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of confidentiality is essential to this post.
