If that sounds like your mission too, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our primary school team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school by delivering high-quality cover for teachers during PPA time and enabling leadership staff to fulfil their responsibilities through planned release time. This role will involve working with a wide range of age groups, leading whole-class learning, and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all pupils. The ideal applicant will be confident, flexible, and proactive, with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and excellent behaviour management skills. In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where your contribution will be valued and where you will have opportunities to further develop your practice.
