Are you an experienced TA or HLTA ready for more responsibility and the next step in your career? At Holly House School, our community is built on relationships, ambition and helping pupils realise their potential. We are looking for a creative, organised and pupil-centred Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support our careers education, preparation for adulthood and transitions work for pupils with SEMH needs.
This is a practical and purposeful role. You will support pupils in class, help them understand their strengths and future possibilities, coordinate careers activities, support transitions, maintain Compass+ and destination records, and build links with families, providers, employers and partners.
We are looking for someone with strong classroom practice, excellent communication and organisation, and the confidence to work with pupils, families and professionals.
