Are you an enthusiastic and committed practitioner looking to make a real difference? Riddings Infant and Nursery School is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, inclusive team.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a primary setting and supporting pupils’ learning through high-quality classroom practice and targeted interventions. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of the EYFS/primary curriculum, and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing are essential.

For HLTA applicants, experience of leading whole-class learning and delivering pre-planned lessons is required. Experience of phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc. and contributing to pupil progress tracking would be advantageous.
