This role will be to cover across our school providing short term supervision of classes in the event of the absence (planned or unplanned) of the teacher or TA, ensuring that pupils are engaged in pre-set work, and managing behaviour and ensuring a safe environment. Cover will not normally be for more than 3 consecutive days for the same teacher/class

  • Has experience of working in primary education.
  • Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with Autism.

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a great sense of humour.
