The governors of this caring and inclusive school wish to appoint a committed Team Leader (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) to join our fantastic team where we want everyone to flourish and thrive. The role will be mainly based in EYFS and KS1.

This position is for a full time Higher Level Teaching Assistant working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will start employment on Monday 1st December 2025 (depending on notice periods).
The successful candidate will work mainly in the EYFS team. HLTAs have whole class responsibility providing cover for PPA and leadership time and may be required to teach across the school.
Initially this position is until 31st August 2026, with a view to make permanent following a successful review and in line with the school budget.
