The Governors at Doveridge Primary School are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with good communication skills, patience and a positive attitude. You should be confident working with children of varying abilities, including those with additional needs and able to support both individual pupils and small groups. A flexible and organised approach is essential, along with a genuine commitment to helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
This post will include a combination of the Teaching and Learning Assistant role, with the additional inclusion of Morning Club and After School Club commitments as part of the 32.5 hour a week post. You should:

- Have a calm manner and a passion and commitment to encouraging and supporting children in being confident independent members of our school community
