Riddings Infant and Nursery School is seeking a dedicated Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our friendly, inclusive team. 

This is an exciting opportunity to support high-quality learning experiences across our nurturing primary school, where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive both academically and emotionally. You will support engaging classroom activities, deliver targeted interventions including phonics programmes such as Read Write Inc., and play a key role in promoting positive outcomes for all pupils. 

The successful candidate will have experience working in a primary setting and supporting pupils’ learning through high-quality classroom practice and targeted interventions. Strong communication skills, a good understanding of the EYFS/primary curriculum, and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing are essential.
