Combs Infant School is a smaller than average sized school in the village of Combs with approximately 22 children (including Nursery). We have a dedicated team of staff who are committed to raising achievement and standards for all groups of children.
We are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Level 3 Teaching and Learning Assistant from September 2026 to work four days per week, term time only mainly in our nursery but also across school to support class teaching. The post will involve working within and outside the classroom under the direction of the class teacher.
The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, caring and skilled at providing group support. They will need to be flexible and able to work as part of a team to support in the planning and assessment of learning activities for the children and must hold at least a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
