We wish to appoint an excellent classroom practitioner who is dedicated to enabling pupils to achieve their personal best.
The successful candidate will-
- Have experience of working with children across the school setting.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Prepare learning materials and adapt teaching support according to children’s needs.
- Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare- including first aid duties.
- Be creative and innovative.
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
- Be committed to promoting and upholding the school values and ethos.
- Promote and support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs.
- Is motivated and passionate to achieve the very best for the children in our care and make a genuine difference.
- Uses initiative to assess and evaluate pupils’ needs.
- Leading intervention groups.
