The Valley Federation Governors are looking to appoint a warm, nurturing, highly resilient and compassionate individual to support the class teacher in enabling effective delivery of the provision requirements of a KS2 pupil’s EHCP.
We are looking for someone who has the experience or strong evidence of the capability to work in a trauma informed way, using coregulation strategies and an emotion coaching style to enable the pupil to access a broad and balanced curriculum and engage fully in the life of our amazing village school.
The role would include 1:1 support for core learning tasks, delivering bespoke programmes of work to target communication and interaction needs and delivering sensory activities daily. You would be joining a friendly and supportive team committed to inclusive education and ensuring that every child thrives.
