The Governors are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant who has a keen interest in supporting in and out of the classroom to promote inclusion and learning, as well as the ability and experience to cover a class.
The successful candidate would be expected to be able to support anywhere across school, provide cover for teachers in their absence and provide other support for our SEN children.

The ideal candidate will have a child centred approach, be kind and able to use initiative. You will need to be committed to your own professional development, have a calm manner and a passion and commitment to encouraging children to be the best they can be.
