The governors are looking to appoint an excellent and creative Teaching and Learning Assistant, with regular HLTA duties to cover leadership, PPA and support/lead groups in both schools in our federation.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who can work alongside our staff team well. The successful candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm and excitement.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, be approachable and be able to work effectively as a team and on your own initiative. Flexibility and good organisation will be required to meet the needs of the school communities.
This post is to commence as soon as possible, depending on notice period.
HLTA duties will be a minimum of 2 hours 30 minutes and will be paid at Grade 9.
