Lenthall Infant & Nursery School is seeking to appoint an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming, forward-thinking and inclusive school community.
This is a temporary position until August 2027, subject to funding, with the potential for the post to become extended until August 2028.
The successful candidate will be a skilled and dedicated practitioner with experience of supporting children with a range of special educational needs. They will be committed to helping every child achieve their personal best and thrive both academically and emotionally.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting.
- Has experience of supporting children with a range of special educational needs.
- Is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
- Demonstrates patience, flexibility and a nurturing approach.
- Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with children, staff and families.
- Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child can succeed.
