Our governing body are looking to appoint a highly motivated special needs teaching assistant to support the education and integration of SEND pupils throughout the school (from Foundation through to Year 6.) The ability to move between year groups will be expected and the role will require a willingness to be flexible and committed to an inclusive education for our pupils with challenging levels of emotional and behavioural need. The successful candidate will be supported with their training needs and though experience of working with autistic pupils is desired a drive to acquire the skills necessary is essential.
