Our school is a large primary setting with a nursery and enhanced resource provision, supporting pupils with a wide range of special educational needs. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding our specialist support team to continue providing high-quality, inclusive education for all pupils.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCo to support pupils with complex needs. This may include supporting communication needs, promoting independence, and providing personal/intimate care where required.

Key responsibilities:

We are a welcoming school with a friendly team and a supportive Governing Body, committed to staff development and wellbeing.

For further information, please contact Mrs Sue Hutchins, Acting Headteacher and SENDCo, on 01298 812000.

Please note: CVs will not be accepted

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Due to this post having access to children and/or vulnerable adults, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check. The possession of a criminal record will not necessarily prevent an applicant from obtaining this post, as all cases are judged individually according to the nature of the role and information provided.
