We are looking to appoint a Specialist Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team at Unstone Schools Federation. This would be based at Unstone St Mary’s Nursery & Infant School initially. 

Being a dynamic and creative practitioner with high expectations and a proven record of raising attainment is essential.  

In addition, we are looking for someone who: 

  • Has strong behaviour management skills and high expectations of children and young people with a commitment to help them fulfil their potential.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to collaborative and cooperative working with colleagues
  • Is flexible and adaptable
  • Is dedicated and committed to providing the best education for all children
  • Create, implement and evaluate programmes of work for children with specific needs.
