We are seeking to appoint a caring and dedicated SEND Teaching and Learning Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across the school.
The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support, helping children to access learning, build confidence, and thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about supporting children with SEND to achieve their full potential
- Can working with children across the primary phase
- Will work effectively as part of a team to support high-quality teaching and learning
- Builds positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
- Is approachable, patient, and nurturing in their support for children with additional needs
