We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to work 1:1 with pupils, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
In this rewarding role, you will support a child’s learning, confidence and independence, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver tailored programmes that enable meaningful participation in the curriculum. You will build a positive, trusting relationship with the pupil—celebrating their successes, encouraging their curiosity and helping them develop essential life and learning skills.
Training and development opportunities will be available to help you grow your expertise and confidence in the role.
