The Deer Shed Café is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and community-focused person to lead the launch and ongoing success of our exciting social enterprise café. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the café
• Manage food service, health and safety, and stock control
• Support, train, and mentor young people with additional needs
• Manage staff, volunteers, and mentors
• Help develop and grow a sustainable social enterprise

About You

• Experience in café, restaurant, catering, or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Passion for supporting young people and making a positive social impact
