We are looking to appoint two dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants. Working under the guidance of the SENDCO and teaching staff, you will provide individual and small-group support to students. You will help students access the curriculum, develop confidence and independence, and achieve their educational outcomes.
We are looking for candidates that have experience of working with young people, are patient, adaptable and committed to supporting our students. The ability to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, assist students to engage, remain calm, promote positive behaviour and work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals is essential.
The working hours are 30 hours per week, term time only. The role is temporary until 31 August 2027.
