We are seeking to recruit a flexible, dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team at Chapel-en-le-Frith C of E VC Primary School.
Our school is a welcoming and inclusive environment, committed to supporting all children to achieve their next steps. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and development, both individually and in small groups.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting access to the curriculum and promoting pupil engagement.
- Assisting with behaviour management and emotional development.
- Preparing resources and contributing to pupil progress tracking.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Hardworking, positive and reflective.
- Experienced in Key Stage 1 or 2.
- Willing to embrace a coaching ethos and work collaboratively.
