We are seeking to appoint a compassionate and dedicated Learning Mentor (Inclusion) to support pupils’ wellbeing, engagement, and personal development.

The successful candidate will work closely with children, staff, and families to help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels supported to thrive both socially and academically. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and inclusion
  • Has experience of working with children across the primary phase
  • Will work effectively as part of a team
  • Builds positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
  • Is approachable, nurturing, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential
