KS1/EYFS Teaching and Learning Assistant

Gorseybrigg Primary School and Nursery is seeking a motivated, friendly and child centred TA to join our popular school from September 2026.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can work under the direction of our teachers and specialist TAs to support children in our EYFS and KS1 classes including some of our younger SEN pupils
• Will support the happy environment in our Breakfast Club each morning
• Can build excellent relationships with children, staff and parents
• Has experience in working with children in EYFS and KS1
• Wants to further develop their skills and engage in training
• Can develop their own ideas
• Can ensure that the safety and care of our pupils is the highest priority
• Is efficient, adaptable and hard working
