The Governors of Spire Junior School wish to appoint a highly motivated, dedicated and compassionate individual as a Family Support Worker in our school from 1st January 2026 or as soon as possible.
The school would consider 30 hours for the best candidate for the role.
The successful candidate will join an innovative, happy and supportive team who are committed to ensuring that our children reach their full potential.
The Family Support Worker will be a Designated Safeguarding Lead (training will be available) and will be at the heart of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our children. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive wider team including DSLs, Pastoral Manager, the SENCO and Headteacher.
