The successful candidate will demonstrate resilience, integrity, and a child-centred approach. By building strong relationships and offering consistent support, they will help pupils manage emotions, re-engage with learning, and develop positive behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and contribute to a nurturing school environment where all pupils can Enjoy, Achieve, and Exceed.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of teacher / senior staff and within an agreed system of supervision, to implement agreed schemes of work with individuals/groups and may also include, assisting with the general care, mobility and personal hygiene needs of pupils.  They may also be required to support in the school during short-term absence of other staff managing behaviour and assisting pupils to undertake set activities.
