- Need to have had recent experience of working within primary education.
- Have knowledge and understanding of working with children with SEND.
- Have excellent communication and interaction skills in order to provide effective support.
- Attach high expectations to empathy and care.
- Be calm and supportive.
- Be able to form strong and professional working relationships with parents and carers, colleagues and other professionals.
You must possess a L3 qualification or equivalent.
