Start date: 1 January 2026
We are looking for an experienced and committed primary teacher who has the knowledge, skills and understanding to lead Early Years. The successful candidate will be provided with phase responsibility and will receive dedicated release time to fulfil this role. In the first instance, this will be within EYFS, but in future this could develop to other year groups dependant on both experience and needs of the school.

We are looking to appoint a creative, experienced and enthusiastic lead teacher who:
- has the vision, interpersonal skills and expertise to lead teaching and learning in Early Years
- is an outstanding teacher, with high expectations and standards and is able to use these to raise standards across a phase
- has a very good understanding of teaching English as an additional language
- has the ability to reflect on and develop their own practice and that of others
- is willing to play a key role in the development and delivery and enrichment of our curriculum
- is a well organised and proactive team player who will make a positive contribution to our school team.
