Landscape Operative – Help Shape a Living Landmark
Do you love working outdoors and want to make a real impact in a historic setting?
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Operative to join our team at Elvaston Castle Country Park—a stunning heritage site with formal gardens, woodlands, and open parkland. You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance, horticulture, and site development that enhances biodiversity, beauty, and visitor experience.
From pruning heritage topiary and maintaining borders to operating landscape machinery and supporting events, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.

- Is friendly, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
