Enterprise Co-ordinator – Where Nature Meets Innovation

Location: Across Derbyshire’s country parks, heritage sites & green spaces

Are you ready to turn wild ideas into real-world impact?

We’re looking for a bold, creative thinker to help shape the future of Derbyshire’s countryside. As our new Enterprise Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of a unique mission: blending tourism, heritage and nature with commercial flair.

From pop-up events in historic parklands to developing destination experiences and retail offers that wow our visitors - you’ll be part of a team making our countryside sites financially sustainable, socially vibrant, and focused on nature recovery.

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be out in the field (literally), working with communities, businesses, and partners to unlock the full potential of our green spaces. Think contracts, grants, fees, and creative ventures - all with purpose.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a head for business and a heart for nature
  • Can lead projects and people with energy and empathy
  • Thrives on variety, challenge, and making things happen

Whether you’re from the public sector, private enterprise, or a graduate with a passion for place-making - if you’ve got the spark, we want to hear from you.
